Posting a job is free on our Free plan; paid plans and add-ons are described in Pricing and in the billing section below. Before a job can be published (not just saved as a draft), we require your organization's legal name, a tax ID or business registration number, and a supporting document, reviewed by our team — this is a fraud check, not a guarantee, and we can decline or revoke verification at our discretion.
A job you post must be a real, current opening you're actually hiring for. You may not post jobs that are discriminatory on a legally protected basis, that require payment from an applicant, that misrepresent the role, compensation, or employer, or that exist to harvest applicant data rather than to hire.
If an application to one of your jobs goes untouched for more than 7 days, it's flagged as overdue on your dashboard; past 14 days the job is demoted on the public board, and past 21 days it's removed from the board until you respond. This is a visibility consequence, not a suspension of your account, and it reverses as soon as you act on the applicant.
You may access an applicant's profile, résumé, and application materials only in connection with evaluating that application, and you agree not to use applicant data for any other purpose — including contacting an applicant about a different opportunity without their consent, or reusing their résumé outside the platform.
