Every job on CallingCard runs on a 7-day response guarantee — orgs that go quiet get demoted, then delisted. This ranks employers by how well they actually live up to it: response rate first, response speed as the tiebreaker.

Employers need at least 15 applications on published jobs before they qualify for ranking — enough volume that the numbers mean something. Holding a top-3 spot is planned to earn a discount on that month's plan once billing supports issuing it — 75% off for #1, 50% for #2, 25% for #3 — not applied to anyone's bill yet.
